Pilates & mindfulness Retreats
Join me for a weekend of pilates, relaxation, chat and good food. A chance to absorb the beautiful surroundings, detox from technology, unwind and recharge.
In between classes there will be time to explore the area, take a walk (or a nap), laze around in your joggers or read a book. Organic, seasonal and nourishing food is provided throughout your stay with plenty of cups of tea and the odd slice of cake!
You're welcome to do as much or as little as you want to but most importantly this is a weekend focused on YOU!
