Pilates is a body conditioning form of exercise that involves controlled and flowing movements which can improve the way you use your body. It targets the deep postural muscles, encourages correct alignment and builds strength.

What’s great about pilates is that it is for everyone, both men and women of all ages and all fitness levels.
